Peter Califano is a partner of Califano Realty. I have been selling real estate in the South Bay since 1979 a business my father opened in 1955.
I started my career as a real estate agent selling residential investments and commercial properties in the South Bay including Rancho Palos Verdes, San Pedro, and surrounding areas. In 1986 I obtained a Real Estate Brokers license and have remained fully committed to the business.
I am past president of the San Pedro/ Wilmington Board of Realtors and served on numerous committees with the California Association of Realtor. I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtor, the California Association of Realtors, and the South Bay Association of Realtors and am highly respected in the community for my fair and honest dealings offering professional service to all of my clients. I am known for my professionalism, honesty, and hard work ethic and am a skilled negotiator with excellent communication skills. I maintain a high level of success in closing transactions. I am widely recognized for exceptional expertise in representing Family Trusts, Probate, sellers and buyers and the marketing of their real estate. The Califano team employees a staff of professionals with a transaction coordinator, marketing, and assistants. We also have an in-house escrow company and escrow officer, Broker price opinion specialist, and buyer agents.
